Can I exchange my tickets?
All exchanges are subject to availability.
Sydney Theatre Company patrons may exchange casual tickets for a fee of $8 and Season Tickets for free. For information on how to request an exchange for a Sydney Theatre Company performance please visit the STC website or call the STC Box Office on (02) 9250 1777.
Sydney Dance Company patrons may exchange for a fee of $8 per ticket. Please contact the RPT Box Office for details or to discuss an exchange on (02) 9250 1999.
Can I get a refund on my tickets if I can't use them?
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase except as outlined in our Terms and Conditions of Sale, the LPA Code or otherwise as required by the Australian Consumer Law and applicable state consumer laws.

Can I offer my ticket to someone else it I cannot use them?
es, but you should advise the Box Office of this to avoid any complications on the day. If they are concession tickets please be aware that they will need to be able to show proof of this concession or pay an upgrade to a full price ticket on the day.
I've missed my performance, what can I do?
Unfortunately we cannot exchange tickets from a past show as they are no longer valid - if you have missed your show you will need to purchase another ticket to see the performance.
What if I cannot access the links and pages on this site?

Is there violence/smoking/nudity/coarse language/heavy subject matter in the event I am about to see?
Please look to the event specific web pages for details. We post warnings outside the entrance to the auditorium about strobe lighting, smoke machines, very loud noise, gunfire and smoking. For the latest warnings and information, please call Box Office on (02) 9250 1999.
What concessions do you accept?
Please check the 'Dates and Prices' tab on the specific event page for detailed pricing. Concessions may be offered to Pensioners, full-time students, Seniors, unemployed and Under 30s (29 and under) at the discretion of the event promoter. The appropriate ID, concession or membership card must be provided at the time of booking we can keep these on file or, in the case of phone bookings, when collecting tickets and entering the theatre.
Concessions apply per person and valid proof of concession for EACH concession ticket booked must be shown at the time of collection.
I've lost my tickets, can you issue me duplicate tickets?
In most cases Roslyn Packer Theatre can issue a replacement Lost Ticket Voucher (promoter’s discretion) but we will ask you to confirm the basic details of the booking in order to do this, please contact us as soon as you realise you have mislaid your tickets on (02) 9250 1999 or visit the Box Office on the day of your show at least 45 minutes prior to the show going in.
Where the lost ticket is part of a group booking in one name - you will need to be able to provide the seat number if the tickets were not booked under individual names or provide relevant information to staff on the counter to help them locate your ticket.
The performance I have tickets for has been cancelled. What can I do?
You will be contacted by our Box Office with details specific to the event cancellation. Cancellation entitles you to a refund, further details are available in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
If you have booked through a third party agency (Ticketmaster, etc) please contact them directly about this as they will manage your return.
Do you handle Group bookings?

Can I use my tablet or smart phone to purchase tickets online?
Yes. Our website is mobile and tablet friendly, and booking tickets on the go is quick and easy.
